Has anyone had any dealings with these guys? Wowed by their tremendous range of trampolines I ordered a 12ft on line earlier this month. 16 days later and counting (very expertly by my DS) we're still awaiting delivery within 5 days. If anyone has been successful in ordering and receiving anything from them or indeed contacting them by phone or email I'd love to hear how, as my efforts have come to zero.

Yeah I got one at the end of June but I do remember when I ordered it they sent me an email saying it might be a bit late being delivered as they were in the middle of moving warehouses. Might be worth chasing up.

As it turns out mine was actually delivered on time and my dd LOVES it. Really good quality product I think.

We ordered ours in March 2006. It arrived promptly, but they forgot the safety net. So I told them, and the next day a safety net arrived, but no poles to hold said net up. So I told them, and nothing happened for a week. So I complained, and finallly 4 days later the poles arrived. But no clips to hold poles to rest of trampoline. (I had assumed the net assembly was one package containing all the above items hence I had not asked for them all by name) Anyroad, I was by now fuming and soooooo fed up with the entire thing I was ready to send it back to them. But we perservered and I phoned them asking for the clips and explaining we had had an unusable trampoline for nearly two weeks now and I was getting fed up. Two days later the clamps arrived and finally we were ready to assemble.

It is fab - now it is all complete and assembled, it is fab. My only gripe is that the sleeve bit where the net attaches to the poles is starting to tear at the top. But then our trampoline has been used virtually every day for over a year and we left it out in winter (dc use it even in winter)

I ended up not ringing their customer service dept but phoning the sales team. I found sales quicker to answer the phone as they think they are going to be making a sale. I also emailed them on a daily basis, but these never ever got replied to. Phone is the only way, try all the numbers you have daily - sales/marketing/customer service/missing parts and just keep ringing. They will get there eventually.
