New haw? Buying house but looking for new areas

Hello everyone! I currently rent in Kingston but looking to buy next year, hopefully a house with garden in leafy suburb with an ok car commute to Fulham.
Searching around led me to byfleet, addlestone and new haw, the houses I’m seeing in new haw are a little more what I’m thinking of.
Can anyone tell me about the area? Schools, community, gyms etc? We have a 2 year old

Hi, Is there any update in your situation, I am planning to buy a house in new Haw. How did you find the area or any reasons in particular for not buying there. I have 2 year old. I am looking at kings road properties
