Not too sure where to post this but I was involved in a road rage incident this morning. It was really something of nothing- I was slow pulling out of a junction and delayed him by about 10 seconds to which he started beeping aggressively. I know I shouldn't but I responded with the two finger salute.
Anyway, he then started following me and was really really really agressive. And took a photo of my car. My question is can he trace me with my car reg? I looked up his car reg online and it says his car isn't registered which make me think he is super dodgy and adding to my paranoia.
