I know this has been done before but humour me

Ds is 21mths and now Dd has started school there is just him and me at home all day. So what on earth do i do with him ??? Him and Dd2 were like partners in crime so he is feeling a bit lost at the mo.
I don't drive so am a bit limited in where i can take him, but don't want to sit in the house all the time either.

Depends on your energy levels really.. but here's a few ideas...(sorry if too obvious!)
park,library (story time)or toy library...
soft play area (if child is an active one these are ideal... wacky warehouse often have toddler/carer morning)
invite another mum/carer and toddler over.
Go to the shops and let them put things in trollley (kills 2 birds!! shopping and play!!)
messy play (if you can be ar**d.. fraid I can't!)
Garden ? cooking...
and the good old cbeebies+ videos...
HTH !!!

Are you near the shops Nutcracker? Our ELC has a playtime every tuesday morning.

Unicorn's ideas are good or what about taking him swimming if there is one within distance? He'd probably also enjoy a bus ride to 'there and back again' if you dont mind spending the fare.

Make some cakes? pizzas for lunch?

Playdough.

My friend and I have just started a "baby swap" where we look after each other's 18 month olds for one morning a week e.g. I have both babies on a monday and she collects hers after lunch and then she has them on a wednesday and I get a WHOLE MORNING to myself. Joy of joys.

Yeah I am by an ELC and my friend works there too, so i'll look into that.

I was thinking of swimming or something. Think our local baths does a gymbabies thing too, so i'll have to give them a ring and see whats on offer.

Baby swap sounds great but i have no one to swap with unfortunatly.
