well that's what I thought as I was waiting for my taxi home from town today and in town on Friday morning. I couldn't move for the damn pushchairs on Friday morning (and yes I was pushing one too - but I wasn't just loitering around trying to look cool with far too much "bling" and children being used as accessories.

And the brats in the Supermarket this morning OMG - my children are no angels, I'd be the first to admit it, but most of the ones in Morrisons today made them look like it. Screaming, shouting, swearing, demanding all sorts of cr*p (and their mothers shouting, swearing and calling them names back.......and then relenting anyhow). Running all over the place getting in peoples way it was AWFUL.........and to think I've got the next 6 weeks to put up with them all being off school and therefore in town lots ARGHHHHHHH

Yes - I know this is a completely judgemental, b*tchy post but I happen to live (with lots of other innocent individuals ) in what is known as "Chav Central" and it was awful.

VeniVidiVickiQV · 22/07/2007 13:27

Well, half your problem is easily solved - dont shop at Morrisons

VVV - not that easy I'm afraid - unfortuantely trips to Tesco's and Sainsbury prove just as awful (although I don't often go as I don't drive)......

Forget about chavs, but the number of children is amazing. Children everywhere. They are taking over. Heeeeelp.

actually Morrisons is close to the town centre (well init really) and near to a few 'nice' areas so you get all sorts in there - not just the chavs .

Sainsbury is smack bang between too dire estates so full of them, and Tesco edge of town so full of 4x4 drivers .
