Help!!! lost the bar at the bottom of pooter??

DS2 was playing with pooter keys and somehow it's gone?

drag it up with little arrow or go into view in top tool bar and mess there hth

I tried view and tool bar and all to no avail there's just this black band at the bottom now?

help me

shutdown and reboot?
