why can't you phone up?

Yes you can go into the branch. Why can't you do it over the phone if you've got passwords?

If you have your last statement - you can do it on-line - it's very easy

its all sorted as i was using the no off my cc statement but i found another one onsite which they referred me to - phew!!

katymac - yes i can do enrol online (ive never done it before) but i needed to know my current balance before i can enrol

I thought you just needed a statement (your last one)
