You should always count on 10% not showing anyway (illness, forgetfulness etc.)

It's in August so people will be on holiday.
Or ca you just cut the list down a bit. Invite a few people on their own rather than with partners?

when it says it fits 50-60 comfortably it normally means sat down but most people stand at the bar, dance, go outside.
