Sophable,

I am not sure about the highchairs but Puccinos in Reigate usually has lots of mums and children in there and no-one seems to notice and certainly not tut if things are thrown on the floor.
From memory most children are left in buggy/puschairs rather than highchiars.

there's a place opposite a car park called 'sweet potato'. if you drive down the high st to the end it's on your right. tony tobin's is on the left and there's a pub further on on your right. Sorry about the directions, i'm not familiar with reigate, just been there twice but sweet potato was quite lush. you need to go just before the lunchtime rush (we went about 12ish) and it can be quite empty. the staff are really nice. food is gorg.

not sure if they have high chairs, but phone and ask first, if they do, def. recommend!

Both the places recomended have highchairs, Reigate definately has more in the way of restaurants, also Si, Pizza Express, Cafe Uno which have highchairs, if you want somewhere not necessarily glam but perfect to feed messy child go to the cafe in Donyings (the leisure centre), between Redhill and Reigate on Linkfield Lane.
