Any jewellers about? Replacing missing diamond in vintage ring.

I have my great grandmothers engagement ring. I used to wear it daily, but unfortunately I lost one of the small diamonds. I would love to start wearing it again but not sure how easy and also how much it would cost to replace the missing stone. I have attached a photo to give an idea of size, the diamonds are really quite small. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Sorry it is not letting me attach the photo!

I had a synthetic diamond (spinel) replaced in my granny's eternity ring. Hardly cost anything, was under £50. A diamond might be a bit more.

What about buying a second hand ring with a similar size diamond in?

Thanks. Think I have managef a photo! Synthetic may be an idea, did you just take it to a jeweller?

Took a ring to a jeweller when I'd lost a diamond. It wasn't tiny. Cost a couple of hundred pounds to replace it.

Took mine to a nice jewellers near where I live. They replaced the missing stone and buffed the ring up. Looked great.
