Any baby friendly lunch suggestions - tomorrow Traf Sq/Cov Gdn area?

Has anyone got any baby friendly lunch suggestions?

I'm off to Trafalgar Sq tomorrow to see some art and then probably shopping in Covent Gdn

I recall Cov Gdn being rubbish for babies and never finding any baby change facilities so all suggestions welcome

Simply for baby changing, Charing cross st has toilets on the concourse level which have changing facilities. (i,e not downstairs like the Ladies)
I would have thought the public toilest in the Piazza had changing faclities too.
