and a 3 or 4 year old boy was kicking an 18 month old girl as she was lying on the ground. 2 women on a bench not that far away totally oblivious to her crying Was going to say something either to the boy or to the mum but old dear got there first. Poor wee thing.

I would have had to say something too if the 'old dear' had not got there first. What did the women do then?

Poor little mite. I bet you wanted to take her home. Did it look like the boy knew her? How did the adults react?

I thonk they were probably brother and sister. The 2 women looked like they were having a good old gossip so presumably hadn't noticed.

ooooh it's just too horrible. I hope the boy fell over and hurt himself on the way home.
