I have an Italian friend who has lived in the UK for quite some time now. I want to buy them a Christmas gift and they love food and drink....and so I wanted to get them something that would remind them of home.
I thought I would ask here just in case the wisdom of Mumsnet can give me some ideas. I'm limited to what is available to buy mail order as I live rurally and can't easily travel to where better shops are.
I was thinking maybe wine or a liqueur but am hoping someone with knowledge can point me in the right direction.
