Fancy dress ideas to do with the Seaside. HELP!

The suggestion is to dress them in shorts and t shirt with a bucket and spade.

DD doesnt want to do that.

So what can I make thats to do with the seaside, I dont need a masters degree in to make and requires bizarre things to make it with?

Any ideas?

you could even paint scallop type shells or starfish round bottom if you're feeling artistic!

You could even cover the sides with glue and sprinkle real sand onto sides....I'm getting carried away again aren't I...
