anybody with (stupid) TISCALI??.....they have upset me!!

grrrr i could swing for them!!! they are so difficult!!! they never make anything clear and often give me the wrong information or dont know what to do about any problems i have.....ive had norton internet protection and antivirus through them and it was supposed to be free if you take out a broadband package, which i did....they are now saying it was for a limited time only. They didnt make this clear when i took out the package, and i didnt recieve anything to say that my norton would be expiring.....as a result, my computer got a virus and has been difficult ever since..........rant rant rant........

anyone else had trouble with them?

Yes, my dad. Tried to get a refund for broadband after it wouldn't install properly. Took him ages and had to get trading standards people involved. Very annoying.

I'm with tiscali and haven't had any problems yet but haven't needed their help with anything either - so hoping it stays that way!!!

it doesnt help that their call centre is in indonesia!!.......i am rubbish with accents so find it difficult to understand what they are saying most of the time.

their service is driving me mad!!

also, do i have the right to cancel with them.....they say i havent as i took it out for 12 months, but i havent signed anything, so surely it doesnt count?
