Never had problems from them before and have ordered quite a bit over the years...

BUT today I now know why they push you to contact them via CHAT or email...

Have just sat on "chat" for 30 mins and moved from 2nd position to 1st..then the line got disconected as noone was available..! WTF..! It took them 30 mins to find that out..?!

I have reconnected and im now..........................................................4th in the effing queue.

I can call them..but not at £1.50 per min.!

Try email - I got an email reply after five minutes. I had no idea they had a premium rate phone line! Wonder if it's staffed by hot dads?

lol ! Well I finally emailed yesterday at 4.30pm after sitting on CHAT for over an hour and got a reply saying my email would be dealt with in 24 hours..persume this means week days as Im still waiting today!

So no doubt someone will contact me on monday.... ...
