yes i do think so. my mate's mum is a size 30 and i've never seen a burger disappear so quick. She's lovely but addicted to food

I've got the book- but daren't try it yet, need to get very organised, and a whole new shopping system in place.
Would like to give it a go though, sounds semi-miraculous!

That Dr is never in her 40's though is she? (thought I read somewhere.. more like 50's/60's.. neck and hands giveaway)

I got a shock when I read she was supposed to be 43. My sis could be her daughter and she's 51 (gorgeous though) Sis loves Greggs pasties

I guess he lost the four stones after stopping his habit of getting up in the night and making a jumbo size shepards pie for himself!

He really was sending himself to an early grave but what a difference! Totally amazing and he must be so much happier now he can move! The dog will be well chuffed she gets walked too, of course. I so wish I could get the motivation going, I need that little woman to come and give me a kick up the backside!

She does remind me a bit of a tortoise ! Maybe due to too much lettuce & seeds !

Just saying how good it would be to have a diet demon on shoulder like the Doc.. but I would also want someone to buy the food and prepare it too- then I would have NO excuses at all!!!!
