Oooh. Everything you said, except maybe more than 3" taller cos am well short - apparently don't even make five foot! And also I would like my stomach to be magically stretch-mark free.

...think I'd go for the Demi Moore approach - in for a penny in for a pund, and have it all done...then hopefully end up with a sex stud toy boy like Ashton !!!!

At least 6 inches taller (am 5 foot). Wouldn't want to be really tall, just average so could find clothes to fit! Nose job. Boob job (up a cup size or 2). Would like to reduce waist size (have a thick waist in relation to hips). Stomach stretch-mark free....I think I'll go for that one too! Maybe new brian to replace addled one!

Even then I'm sure I'd find fault with my looks!

A personal trainer? Sounds like a lot of effort. But if you had a personal trainer surely you wouldn't need the lipo or tummy tuck anyway?

I?m happy with my height but my legs need a bit of stretching to get in proportion with my body.

Does anybody watch Extreme Makeover on Living? American thing, they get people with serious appearance problems (ie, severe cleft palate, massive flaps of skin after losing 20 stone, that sort of thing) and basically do everything. I think they go too far personally, and sometimes their young kids look a bit freaked out as they look so different. But still, I can dream.

Yeah extreme makeover is a crazy programme - I don't think I'd ever want that much done as to be unrecognisable.

I wouldn't mind some cheekbones

straighten and whiten my teeth,
get rid of scar above lip,
get rid of bingo wings,
get boobs to be full and pert instead on spaniels ears,
flatten tummy,
lessen bum and thighs,
add 6inches of height,
make toe nails grow properly on my little toes,
get rid of excema whereever it appears
