he wants to set up his own business offically. (He was gonna take over his boss's window cleaning business that he had been running it for about 30 odd years but he had been dragging it on for nearly 2 yrs for us to take over and him to retire but nothing had happened yet as hes waiting for his accountant to get back to him!!!)
What help can he get? (he cannot get the Princes Trust Grant as hes too old for that).
He also got an idea where to open an business account....is he easy to get one when he is starting a business from scratch)
