After watching last nights you are what you eat ,I decided to chuck all of it in the bin I had the HUGEST box of stuff. I have gradually been persauded by that programme over the last few weeks to get rid of the crap I have been hording : 10 sherbert lollies, HUge box of ferero roche, 3 bags M& M, 2 bars of plain with nuts , mixed bag of choc from m&S which was lush (oh no), minin bag of creeme eggs & much more!!! Oh my god I am ashamed. WE should have crap annonymous !!! I just feel that my health could be benefitted from not eating choccy and sweets. I have quite sweet tooth mid month & AF so Im not sure how ill fair!! But we have made a concerted effort to reduce red meat. I already eat loads of fish, veg & fruit. Anyone else done anything drastic food wise since that programme started ?? Im gonna buy the book as will , as soon as I find the link in my millions of faves, I found it really cheap!!!
