Have you tried Companies House?

Have you tried their websites??

I am sure you have to pay a registration fee to get the info from companies house but don't think its too much.

Most of the big multinationals have their won websites which list the various top bods. Their annual report and accounts are usually on their websites too and they must contain a short cv for each of the Board Members.

There is a database, it's called Kompass, but IIRC you have to subscribe to access certain information. If you google Kompass directory you'll find it.

Fairyfly
When you go to their websites you need to go to the investors or investor relations secion. That is where the annual reports are filed.

e.g. P&G

There is another database called Boardex which lists all the directors of all listed entities, but it costs several thousands a year to access.

Just ring up on their main head office switchboard number (not customer services) and say to the operator - 'I am doing an article on xyz and I need to know the name of your head of communications'. Name usually furnished without any more questions asked!
