What are they like? Will I come out feeling all bouncy floaty or tired and sleepy?
Are there any dos or don'ts beforehand or afterwards?
I'm really looking forward to it

ooh, i'm jealous they are lovely!

when i've had them done I've felt quite floaty and sleepy during but quite refreshed afterwards. Your hair will probably need a good wash after and you should make sure to drink water before and after as you might feel a bit dehydrated. but other than that just enjoy.

Do they use oils then or not?
It's only round the corner from my house so not so bad if I emerge looking like a banshee!
