Got married in antigua, st james club and need a copy of wedding certificate

Does anyone have a clue how I can get this? Need it v v v v v v v urgently! ta

Ring the High Commission in Antigua (or e-mail them - you should be able to get the contact details from the Foreign Office website - www.fco.gov.uk). Or failing that, ring Consular Division of the Foreign Office (think switchboard is 0207 270 1500 or 0207 270 3000 is the main govt one). Ask to be put through to the person in Consular Division who deals with Antigua and see if they can contact the High Commission on your behalf. This is probably a better idea than going direct, come to think of it. The HC should be able to get hold of your certificate for you (there will be a fee, but it shouldn't be huge). The GRO won't have a copy of your marriage certificate unless you sent it to them.

That's the GRO here, not in Antigua that won't have a copy of your certificate! Sorry, that wasn't very clear.
