My Nan's 90th birthday - what can I buy her???

An impossible task!

She lives on her own & is not at all mobile. She is partially blind so books, magazines etc no good and doesn't listen to the radio or tapes. I usually end up sending flowers or a dress or cardy. My Australian cousins have the monopoly on stuffed toys!

She has moaned in the past about people buying her edibles and I tried perfume a couple of years ago but found it still in its cellophane recently!

Of course, I'll get her something from Ds - probably a framed photo, but I need to be able to give her something from me. Any ideas!

Has she got any animals? I bought this for my 94 year old nan at christmas cos she has a Siamese cat.

We bought my Nan a digital radio with CD player, and some story CDs.
Everyone in the family chipped in.

Thanks for your suggestions. Will visit her and go out for afternoon tea anyway. I love the foot massage idea but she often won't even let the district nurse in so its unlikely she'd let a masseuse in. There's no way she'd go to the theatre and she hasn't got animals.....but NBG the bracelet is a fab idea and might just work! It is so difficult - if I asked her what she'd like she'd say nothing - just a visit - but I would like to give her something.
