although he's not a horse racing man, just not interested, he phoned his mate who will bet on drips of rain down a window and he said yes, a horse of that name is in that race today. So he got said mate to put on a bet for him, not much - fiver each way. There were 24 horses in the race and it romped home! DH won £150
