thanks all!
For me so far it has all been very positive. I feel like a grown up taking control over my life for the first time and its good.
The whole process is very very emotionally draining but at the end of the day ( quite literally) I sleep the sleep of the just!
Not really looking forward to tomorrow as i am pretty damn sure what the plea will be but hey ho!

i do not have to go tomorrow Humphrey. He just enters a plea and they decide which court it will be heard in and when!
My lovely dedicated police officer goes for me ....its a steep learning curve

CRAP! nemo crap!
Not bloody heard anything - my policeman had to go home cos courts were running l late and we have yet to hear despite hearing being at 9.45 am!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

talk about stressful!

Nemo thanks for asking.
Yesterday (a day after hearing) I had to ring court myself as the police did not knnow outcome and i had not attended... so stressful

Anyway i am not even that clear as to what went on but basically he did NOT even enter a plea and i do not think he was asked to (?????)

He is bailed for another couple of months ( grr) and then i thik the magistrates indicated it would go to crown court after he has entered his plea...

All dragging out my suffering...but this time he is suffering too...

Well I am taking ahuge step today and going to a birthday party on his side of the family. He wont be there as he is working away for 6mths but it will be the first time any of his family meet my kids.
