Am six months pg. DH has come home absolutel paralytic drunk, is lying the whole length of the sofa and snoring. Can't sit down there and watch tv and relax, when I wake him up and shout at him to go to bed he won't, talks gibberish for a bit and then goes back to sleep. Am 31 years old and stuck in my bedroom ffs !!!!

nickytwotimes · 02/05/2007 19:56

my dh is getting the rough edge of my tongue - poor bloke. hasn't even done anything. i have no wine, but have chocolate and the desire to eat it!

iris66 · 02/05/2007 19:56

I blame the full moon - DD started a major strop for no reason yesterday and I've been spoiling for an argument with DH all today. 13 wks pg and very hormotional, in a bad way

nickytwotimes · 02/05/2007 19:56

tt, that is rough!

MascaraOHara · 02/05/2007 19:57

I have dds easter eggs but no desire for food

tokentotty · 02/05/2007 19:58

Can't even get bloody drunk...bah humbug.

MascaraOHara · 02/05/2007 19:59

I'm tried my hardest not to snap at dp as he had to drop my dd at cm and pick her up today as I had to travel with work.. he been very good and I just know that later I'm gonna flare up at him

Bit like a car crash isn't it when you can see it coming but there's absolutely nothing you can do to stop it...

MascaraOHara · 02/05/2007 20:03

yep.. I know he's gonna do nothing really wrong and he's still gonna get it in the neck - he even gave me a hug earlier and got the washing in.

Wish he were drunk on the sofa then I'd have an excuse to go mental at him! lol, sorry.

tokentotty · 02/05/2007 20:05

If yours was as drunk as mine you could go and batter the living granny out of him probably, and he wouldn't notice/remember. I'm even more frustrated because I just don't have the energy. You're obviously welcome to come round and have a go if you like !

MascaraOHara · 02/05/2007 20:07

do you know.. we could make millions out of that..

my dp loves drinking himself into that state, I could charge pre-mentals to come and batter the crap out of him.. bril

Or offer him as a children's trampoline.....
