Cbeebies Birthday card recording 30.4.07

Hiya,

Hoping that someone out there can help, i had set my recorder to record cbeebies yesterday as it was my daughters 2nd b'day and we had sent a card into cbeebies, as i was taking her out for the day to the zoo, i set the timer for each of the birthday segments. When i was out a friend text me to let me know she had just seen her at the 10am slot. So all excited i was telling my two year old that when we get home we can watch cbeebies say happy birthday to her! when we got home i realised that recorder timer hadn't worked, and so no copy of seeing it, and as we were out we even missed seeing it for ourselves!!!!
So very upset mummy and two year old. So really i'm hoping that someone out there was taping the birthday slots yesterday, Fingers crossed that someone can help. thanks x

what about asking cbeebies?

they say they can't send recordings of the birthdays, i've even tried contacting my local bbc tv station!!! but no joy

I too am gutted as we have lost our recording of my sons b-day being show on cbeebies. After years of trying to get one shown we finally did it but the recording has been erased! If anyone has a copy from 2nd June 07. It was shown at about 8.00 am just before big cook little cook. Perhaps is someone recorded this they may also have recorded birthdays.

Would be most grateful as now have upset little boy.
