Always be polite to witches, particularly when you encounter them in threes

That may be of little assistance, but I couldn't resist, and at least it bumps the thread. It sounds lovely and I'm

I've got a booklet listing what's going on in the Highlands & Islands throughout May and June in the post yesterday, covers everything from music to guided nature walks. I can look up what's happening in that area during May, if you like.

I have a look through the booklet after work. II'll get back to you in the evening.
It is sooooooo beautiful here in Scotland at the moment. I wish I could just skive off work.

MTPW, I had alook through the booklet and there isn't really that much for kids.

Inverness has a Beltane Festival going on from the 5th to the 13th of May with music, storytelling, pipe bands...
And Saturday, 24th of May there is a "a procession of glowing paper lanterns and fantastical creatures in an echanting woodland" at Brahan Estate, near Dingwall.
Otherwise there are loads of music events and -a little further away- the Speyside Whisky Festival, but that won't be an option with kids.

thank you anyway. i'm sure they'll have fun with all the things already on the list.

it looks like a lovely area. i'm really looking forward to it.
