We live in a small council-block in the middle of a very posh bit of town. We are a nice bunch, take care of our homes, communal areas, garden and parking area. Basically we are good citizens and good neighbours to have.
Now backing onto our car park are the back gardens of a really posh garden square. 2 of them have been having a spring garden clearout and have dumped their hedge trimmings, weeds etc over the fence onto the car park (and a couple of cars)
We also get large items, like white goods, left on our property when anyone who lives here knows where we can put them for removal (we have a large bin cupboard).
Anyway our fab caretaker has informed the council who are to charge them the appropriate fee for the removal of their garden waste. That'll teach them I hope.
