did you know the price of my little ponies hasnt changed since 1988....

followed a link from another thread and there was an ad for my little pony in 1988 and it was still £4.99.

How funny! I do remember saving up for about 100 years to get a my little pony when I was about 7. It was about 3 months pocket money and my parents refused to buy "pink crap" so I had to get it myself.

I expect £4.99 is about a week's pocket money now, isn't it?!

ohh of course..thought it was just me being bigger...pmsl DD1 has just discovered ponies and loves just sitting brushing their hair. However did buy 2 for £5 from asda

My 6yo gets £1/week pocket money, so it would still take 5 weeks to save up for one. I doubt that he will be doing so, though especially since his little sister has an ever increasing collection.
