GRRRRRR dh sent me a piccy from his mobile

and Ive tried about 10 times to access it from the T mobile picture collect section. The password sent via text for the mms just won be accepted. I haven't a clue were to call without it costing me a fortune.

Its a lovely priceless piccy of my 2 girls at Easter and I want to save it to the pc. Dh knowing him will delete it off his phone .

I would be gratfeul for some help

I managed to call on my mobile which I worked out is free on my plan and didnt get anywere lol, got dh to email it to me in the end. They even had technical dept call me to go through it and they were flummoxed ! They couldnt even retrive it from their end , he reckoned theres a bug in the programme !!
