OK it's an ickle bit complex but bear with me.

In Paint, save the file containing your image onto your computer. In the Save dialog select .GIF format.

Set up an account with a website such as photobucket.com

Follow the instructions on photobucket to "upload images from my pc".

Specify the file. Photobucket will give you an [IMG] code such as

[IMG]i24.photobucket.com/albums/c37/bobpease/cooltext32344839.jpg[/IMG]

which you can paste into your forum posting.
