the house we want is in Sleaford (we are selling a large flat in Hants)
The sellers of the house in Sleaford are buying a new build from a big housebuilder. When our sale fell through the housebuilder offered to buy our flat for a good price! we also got a discunt on the house we wanted.
We could complete and exchange in as little as 3 weeks arrghhh!!
Has anyoen had this before? The HB rep came today signed and sealed everything...
