I am specifically referring to child-rearing issues. Is there a man alive who feels guilty about working full time or the milk his baby had?

Is quilt a woman thing????? I don't know any men who quilt, apart from Kaffe Fassett.

Ahhhhhh! Guilt. [penny dropping]. Yes, most definitely. Or maybe they're just not very good at saying they feel guilty.

All Catholics. Definitely. About everything.

DP has felt guilt over some issues with our two in the past.

Actually I was listening to radio 4 recently and actually a lot of men are quilting these days, but only for pin money when they are in prison

No they don't feel guilt about hardly anything, maybe if they do something horrendous to you, they might but general day to day guilt, no.
