When I take my 2 small boys shoe shopping, I do not expect to be ignored by the staff to the extent that they were PRACTICALLY FUCKING CLIMBING OVER ME as I tried shoes on my son's feet, because they wanted to rearrange the display above me.

I have NEVER been so badly treated in a shop, and made a few very loud comments to ds1, who was asking why we were leaving without shoes, "Because the ladies don't seem to want to sell us any shoes today darling, they were being VERY RUDE and they should have said EXCUSE ME if they really couldn't wait for us to move, shouldn't they!?"

I have just emailed their customer enquiries thing.

I was steaming livid!

now it has taken on almost comedic proportions in my mind, they were so bad it was like being caught in a Little britain sketch;

I will update on this. I am pretty shocked. I go to cheap shops all the time so I am used to less-than-fabulous service, but I've never ever been actively ignored then climbed on!

At least they replied, I've lost count of the number of times I ahve emailed companies with complaint, only to be ignored.
I hope you get it resolved to your staisfaction
