I was in a department store the other day having coffee. The cafe was on the third floor. I got down the escalator from the third to second floor no problem but found it almost impossible to step on the next one. It seemed like the steps were moving too fast to step on.
Since then I have not been able to use down escalators. I have tried but the steps seem to move too fast.
I have no problem with up escalators. Has this happened to anyone else? How did you resolve this?
