I have a large blister on the back of my heel from breaking in some walking boots yesterday. I've hobbled around ok today but I have an aerobics class tonight so I fear much more heel rubbing & pain & whinging coming on. Do I -

a) Pop it & put a plaster over it
b) Just put a plaster over it
c) Go home & eat chocolate on the sofa instead
d) Some other genius idea that won't hurt

???

Thanks

Oh, same position. I am just leaving mine, nothing sorer (sp?) than when it opens and it's all raw Go home and eat chocolate.

He he, the chocolate seems to be the popular choice!
Is it really bad to pop a blister? Feels like it needs to be popped!

The reason behind not popping them is that you can introduce infection to them but i mines always feel better once they are popped and covered with a plaster
