Well I'm disappointed in how my can went with the passport office.
They never received my passport (you have to pay for sending it back to get a new replacement). So I paid again to get a new one done. This was after 7 months
And still still no replacement as it had got lost.
A lady I spoke to at the passport office said I could fill in a form and claim my money back for the first application.
Which I did do.
I heard nothing back for months.

Today, I phoned and got through to what can only be described as a very rude and brash man. He wouldn't listen to anything I told him and didn't believe me despite my giving me all the ref numbers and documentation for the refund letter.

He was So rude to me 😳. It was on the tip of my tongue to tell him how rude he was and that's simply unacceptable to speak to ppl like that. In the end I didn't bother as I thought I'm getting nowhere, plus why lower myself to his base attitude. He hung up on me!
Clearly he has pmt 😂.
Clearly he doesn't like his life or his job.

I'll never understand why ppl like HIM get or even hold down customer focused jobs and get away with being so awful to customers/gen members of the public.
So rant over guys.
Hopefully he will be getting his p45 this new year. 🤞

Moral of the story is.. If you lost your original passport like they lost mine, you won't get any refund. You'll have to pay again to get it redone. This government are out to get your money.
