I need to contact them because our last year's income was outside the bracket they stated on the review and we've had a change of circumstance for this year.

I don't fancy trying to get through to them while tending to 8 week old DD so I've tried to register online but it won't let me. Has anyone managed to do this? I've gone back over my details and I'm sure I've entered them correctly.

Hi Bozza, I recently renewed an application with them and didn't have any problems on line. I have had to call them several times recently about other issues and haven't had any problems getting through (strangely!). Over several phone calls I can honestly say I haven't been 'queued' once, and everything has been dealt with quite quickly. I can imagine why on-line might be more suitable for you at the moment, but I'm sorry, I have no idea what's causing problems for you. Calling might be worth a shot?

OK Levanna I'll have a go tomorrow. I'm more optimistic after your message. Thanks.

I had a disaster trying to register online when they first started the credits. If you don't hear back from them soon after registering, do it by mail.

I have always found their phone service much more efficient and easy than any other method. It was bloody awful initially, but it's actually quite good now Bozza - holding times have always been down to about 3 minutes when I've phoned.

Yes I agree, I too have called them a few times recently and haven't been on hold for more than a few minutes and have found the people I spoke to to be friendly and helpful.
