How do i find out where 17yr olds are living in my area?

sorry! my friend has asked me to ask this! Her husband is a newly qualified driving instructor and she wants to do some leaflet drops for newly turned 17yr olds to tout for business. She reckons there is a database (?) you can access to gain this information. Does anyone know. TIA

Electoral role - I think that they are on it with a mark by their name. Your council should have the details.

Schools/6th form colleges would also be a good starting place.

There is defo something on the electoral roll though because DD2 turned 18 last year had her first chance to vote this year and was mailed by name by the major parties.
