OMG! I am soooo pissed off with Freemans Catalogue

I have been a Freemans customer for 15 years. I have never returned goods late and have always paid in full on time.

I placed an order a few days ago and I have just received a letter to say

"We have cancelled your order and will not be sending you next seasons catalogue because we notice that you return too many goods"

Bloody cheek!!!!!! Has anyone else experienced this with any catalogue?

I feel like writing a letter to say they can jolly well F&$! off anyway.

Yep my mum has had this with 2 catalogues and 2 credit cards companys.

It is a bloody cheek IMO.

I thought that was the whole beauty of catalogue shopping! Over the years I have spent hundreds with them.

I had a phone call from Next about the amount of stuff I'd returned a couple of years ago.

They had to backtrack lots when I explained that I'd returned so much stuff because they'd sent me 3 of every single item I'd ordered in the sale. It was very irritating!!!

I think it's ridiculous as well - you can't try the stuff on after all, so there should be no limit to the amount of stuff you return.

I am so cross. I have been 'sacked' from a catalogue! Tossers.

I will take my custom elsewhere, after I have sent a steaming letter of complaint of course.

Anyone know of any friendly catalogues that sell size 8 clothing?

I had that in a nextsale once they sent me four of the same necklace.

I return stuff to next all the time and they ahve never complained.

Exactly the same happened to me and I was so angry I phoned them. They basically told me that they review all customers accounts and I had returned too much stuff (the fact that I had spent hundreds was irrelevant). I now shop with Grattan which is exactly the same catalogue as Freemans.

thanks boomie.... I have just ordered a Grattons catalogue... I thought their stuff looked the same.

I sent off my letter to Freemans.... shame I couldnt actually tell them to 'shove it where the sun don't shine.'
