Our toilet has such a huge flush that we could single handedly put the whole of East sussex on a hose pipe ban if we flushed every time.

Plus we're on a water meter, so no only after poo.

And the ds's only do that when their bloody nagged!

LadyTophamHatt · 04/04/2007 09:38

they're not their

mytwopenceworth · 04/04/2007 09:39

nope, not at night if it's only a wee.

One way to get round it is put a brick in the cistern - DH does this and its v. effective. In our new bathroom we installed a smaller cistern

My parents don't and nor do my IL's (although they all do when at ours) I find it revolting. Who wants to look at someone else's wee when you lift up the seat .

Not at night. Pretty much always during the day. But i use old bath water and a bucket if available. would no doubt be better to have a shower but i like baths.

yes

Actually we probably do flush more than we need to but the cat drinks from the toilet and I don't want to catch him 'fishing'
