Want to re-decorate ds's room but what theme??

I really want to re-decorate my ds's room but i just don't have a clue what theme to do?? he is nearly 2 years old and grown out of winnie the pooh now!! any ideas please??

why dont you paint a neutral colour then put stick arounds of his favs,
then its easy to change look every now and again..

Go for bright colours and then accessorise on a theme. DS2 is 3 and his room is going to be loosely jungle based. DS1 (5) has a loosey "space" themed room which is basically a fab blue, a sky blue ceiling, sparkley paint on one wall and metalic painted shelves. He'll also have a futuristic light fitting when I pluck up the courage to fit it!

Don't theme! neutral walls, bold colourful pattern age-less fabric (eg blue gingham or stipes). Then use bits of fabric to accessorize - throw for the bed, cushion, enormous cork pinboard with bits of fabric round the frame to match, for him to stick his wonderful piccies on (before they take over the rest of your house). Or if you get a fabric with nice pictures on you can get a colour photo-copy of the piccies and mount and frame them.
