There I was walking down our main road in the village to the railway station (think of village outside of City of Oxford) when a white van with a picture of a certain type of bird drove through the very large puddle of dirty water just to soak me. I was actually left dripping. I could not catch the number of the van so does it ring a bell with anyone. I feel that someone should have a word with said person. I have had to leave this vague but if you know the area you will know the van I am talking about.
