starting over as a single mum...all new to me please help

I recently discovered my dh was living a double life and we are now on the road to divorce.
We have one dd age 13 who dotes on her father and he will be moving away to live back with his parents so I am going to be pretty much on my own with not even weekend support from him after being together over 16 years.
I don't mind saying I am scared....
Money?
Finding the right home for me and my dd?
Loneliness?
dealing with the emotional aftermath (for me AND my dd)

I need some words of warmth and wisdom from others who may have been where I am now.
I am trying to work out budgets and how much mortgage I can afford, I just don't want life to be all about money and NOT being able to do stuff and saying NO to my dd. its just not fair.
