After two and half years, we are finally moving house!

After a disastrous attempt to sell our flat (been on and of the market since Jan 2002!) we have finally exchanged contracts on a new house with a garden, yay! Moving mid-August and can't wait. Anyone got some good tips for moving with a 3 1/2 yr old and a 1 yr old? They share a room currently and now will have a room each - any thoughts on how to approach parting them?

Get someone to look after them on the day!! We moved when DSs were that age and had them with us .

Make their rooms fun - your youngest won't notice anything anyway and your eldest will think it;s great to choose something special for their noew room.
