Right I am never having another baby but friend and her hubbie having a little disagreement as she reckons that somewhere in the uk there must be a child called Wolf!!

He won't have it but we are sure there must be and want to prove him wrong - where do I find out??

WOuld so love it if anyone on here knew a wolf or had a child called wolf - obviously a boy child or it would be wolverine!!

Have checked everyone I can think of.... My dad is unique, there are two of my mums and several of everyone else. Even ds, who I thought had an unusual combination of names - there are 3 of him!

cupcakes · 26/03/2007 12:45

ooh yes, badger - have only just seen!

cupcakes · 26/03/2007 12:46

dd2 doesn't even exist!

MrsBadger · 26/03/2007 12:47

cause she's not voting yet

Hmm. I'm afraid this was Adolf Hitler's nickname, which would put me off. I'm not saying it should put anyone else off, perhaps there is some virtue in reclaiming the name. I wouldn't fancy it myself though.

Thanks guys - there are loads of me and DH both having common names but none of DS as he has a v long posh sunday name - which he is never called in full.

20 of DD though!!

MrsB I applaud your inner pedant.

Mine is very much out, ruining friendships and causing annoyance.

There are twenty of me - though that should read

their're twenny of I.

I was unique before I married .

yeahinaminute · 26/03/2007 13:27

DD came running home from pre - schoo dead excited that M and C's mummy had had the baby and it's a little boy called "Wolf" on closer questioning and calling to congratulate said parents it appears his name is in fact "Wilf"

Although now universally known as "Wolf - man" !!

Troutpout · 26/03/2007 16:56

ooh 25 of dh (common as muck..im), 8 of me,7 of ds and none of dd

mrsjohnsim · 26/03/2007 17:03

He is german and the least like a wolf you can imagine- Wilf is more like it
