Can anyone recommend a lovely hairdresser for me (a hairdresser-phobic) please - E14/Greenwich area

My hair is in dire straits because it hasn't been cut for about 9 months. The problem is my last hairdresser was on maternity leave and now only works from home which is a bit too far away for me to travel to. But I really hate trying to find a new hairdresser and I can't even cross the threshold of big/trendy ones. I don't like chains because they tend to only do a limited range of cuts none of which generally suit my difficult hair (thin, dry and frizzy).

What I need is a kind but talented hairdresser who works in a small salon and won't look at my hair with a sneer.

Hopeful TIA.

Sweeny's in Greenwich(Royal Hill) is wonderful....v.small & use lovely natural products.
The owners are very gentle & utterly lovely.
I live in Kent now but wouldn't go anywhere else now!
