contempt for talktalk broadband service when they feel like it..

none of you can be more pissed of than me..comes on and off when it feels like it..

our last people f2s where just great didnt know they were there..and we were a dot com with them!!

this is piss poor service, unannounced upgrade took 2 weeks 2 days...lately just disappears when i come to use it..

only an 18 month contract....never again..

i am waiting for my talk talk broad band to be connected but have decided to go with sky instead. hope i can get out of it with this 31 days trial thingy. hope yours get a bit better. but theres bound to be a catch there usually is.

we have no phone line and no broadband and they are totally unable to rectify the matter.

ah mrs john..you must hate them more than I..that is appalling..

they have messed us about including the only time ever had to ring nhs direct hate them
dh in IT so would n ot take flannel from them said it was like layers of idiots you had to wade through to speak to someone who could actuallly DO anything....

were you wise and have dialup or internet cafe?

yeh i know..and dont blame you! blame talktalk...

also as its billed as a free add on thing ..i get the impressions its hard to moan about it..well thats our package landline calls w 'free' broad band...
they are very hard to get hold of to talktalk too

they are now among the companies i loudly complain about if approached in a mall by reps..

i am waiting for talk talk to take over my broadband from BT. but they've taken so long ive changed my mind and am going wth sky now.

you've made a wise choice...certainly are crap. and dont recommend them at all....
